Day 1 — Arrive Panama City
Arrival at Tocumen Airport, where you will be picked up and transferred to the Renaissance Hotel in the city. You can use this day to rest.

Day 2 — Causeway sunset & Casco Antiguo dinner
Breakfast at the hotel. The morning is at your leisure to enjoy the hotel facilities and relax by the pool. At 6:00 PM, you will be picked up for a tour to the Causeway to watch the sunset, driving along the Cinta Costera 3 and through the historic Casco Antiguo; there, you will have time for dinner at the Lazotea rooftop restaurant, featuring the cuisine of renowned MasterChef judge Jorge Rausch. After dinner, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 3 — Transfer to the coast
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred to The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort on the Pacific coast. Imagine stepping into a few days that feel like a slower chapter of your life — oceanfront mornings, time at the beach or by the pool, and a community designed around comfort and quiet. Picture yourself living a week of this.

Days 4 & 5 — Beach days at Buenaventura
Two full days to picture yourself here — morning coffee on the coast, time at the beach, a round of golf, a quiet lunch, an unhurried afternoon by the water. Imagine what a season of this life could look like, and consider whether a second home or a future chapter in a place like this fits your plans.
Resort activities available on property (golf, equestrian club, spa, marina) are bookable separately and are not included in the tour price.

Day 6 — Return to the city
Enjoy your last day at the resort. After breakfast, you'll be transferred back to your city hotel. You can spend this day in the city as you please.

Day 7 — Panama Canal & Albrook
Breakfast at the hotel. At 1:30 PM, you will be picked up and taken to the Panama Canal to watch the ships pass through. After the visit, you will be taken to Albrook Mall to enjoy an afternoon of shopping, and at 6:00 PM, you will be picked up and returned to the hotel.

Day 8 — Depart Panama
Breakfast at the hotel, if your flight schedule allows. Transfer from your hotel to the airport for your return flight.

How reservations work
Pay the reservation today (credit card or ACH). You get an immediate on-screen confirmation plus confirmation by email. One Guest is $1,699 (private room). Two Guests Sharing a Room is $2,998 total ($1,499 per guest), one checkout, one confirmation.
After booking, you'll receive a short pre-trip form — emergency contact, any dietary needs or accessibility requirements. Pre-trip packets with hotel details, the full itinerary, and scheduled meeting times are sent as departure approaches.

Before You Travel
Practical items to review before you reserve:
- US passport required, valid through at least June 15, 2027 (6 months past our return date).
- Panama does not currently require a visa for US citizens on tourist stays up to 180 days.
- Expect moderate walking, including cobblestone streets in Casco Antiguo. The itinerary is comfortable but not sedentary.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is not included in the reservation.
- You arrange your own international flights to Panama City (PTY).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date are charged 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made 30 days or fewer prior to the arrival date are charged 100% of the total amount.
- Non-refundable administrative and banking fees apply in the event of a cancellation.

Are the hotels really included?
Yes. All 7 nights are included — 4 nights at the Renaissance Panama City Hotel and 3 nights at The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort — with breakfast daily at both. Hotel reservations are arranged through our contract with a licensed Panamanian tour operator.
What's the difference between the One Guest and Two Guests prices?
One Guest ($1,699) covers a single traveler in a private room. Two Guests Sharing a Room ($2,998 total · $1,499 per guest) covers two travelers sharing one room — one checkout, one confirmation number. Choose at checkout.
Do I have to attend the developer meetings and Academy introduction?
Yes. The scheduled developer meetings and the introduction to The Master's Classical Christian Academy are integral to the experience, and all guests are required to attend. Attendance carries no obligation to invest or purchase property.
Do I need a passport?
Yes — a US passport valid through at least June 15, 2027 (6 months past our planned return date). Panama and most airlines enforce the 6-month rule. If your passport expires sooner, renew before booking.
How do I get to Panama?
You book your own flight into Panama City (airport code PTY). We provide a Google Flights link pre-filled with the current dates. Direct flights from Houston, Miami, Atlanta, and several other US cities are typical.
Can I bring my spouse, partner, or a friend?
Yes. Pick Two Guests Sharing a Room at checkout — $2,998 total for two travelers in one shared room, both on one booking with one confirmation number. If a second private room is required, book two One Guest reservations separately.
What's your cancellation policy?

Do I need travel insurance?
Not required, strongly recommended. Insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical, and evacuation is sensible protection. We don't sell insurance — any US travel insurance provider will do (Allianz, Travel Guard, World Nomads, etc.).
