Terms & Conditions
Last updated October 16, 2026.
1. Who we are
Americas Plan B ("we," "our," "us," "the Company") operates the Discover Panama experience, a hosted eight-day small-group program in Panama that combines travel services with scheduled introductions to Panamanian land developers and an educational introduction to an investment opportunity in the development of The Master's Classical Christian Academy. The ground program in Panama is operated in partnership with a licensed Panamanian tour operator. Americas Plan B is a US-based travel-services and experience provider.
2. What you are buying
When you reserve a place on the Discover Panama experience, you are purchasing travel-related services and participation in the hosted program listed on our website — specifically: hotel accommodations, ground transportation, guided tours, a chef's dinner, scheduled hosted introductions to Panamanian land developers, and an educational presentation about the development of The Master's Classical Christian Academy.
Your payment purchases the experience only. It does not purchase, and does not entitle you to receive, any security, investment, equity, ownership interest, real estate interest, membership interest, loan, note, promissory instrument, or financial return of any kind. No portion of your payment is applied to any investment. Any investment or property purchase you may later consider is a separate transaction between you and the issuer, developer, or seller of that investment or property, documented separately, and governed by its own agreements and the applicable securities laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Required attendance at scheduled meetings
Attendance at the scheduled developer meetings and the educational presentation about The Master's Classical Christian Academy is an integral and required part of the Discover Panama experience. All guests are expected to attend these scheduled sessions. Attendance does not create any obligation to make an investment, to purchase property, to sign any document, or to engage in any further transaction with any developer, with the Academy, with us, or with any affiliate. You may decline, at any time, any proposal, presentation, offer, or invitation made during or after the experience, with no effect on the services included in your reservation.
4. Nature of the Academy presentation and developer introductions
The introduction to The Master's Classical Christian Academy opportunity is educational and informational. It is not an offer to sell, nor a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any investment in the Academy or in any project discussed by any developer during the experience would be a separate transaction with the issuer or developer, offered and sold (if at all) only pursuant to definitive offering documents, in compliance with applicable US federal and state securities laws and the laws of Panama, and only to persons who meet the issuer's eligibility and qualification criteria. No offer of any security is made on this website, in any marketing material we produce, or during the experience itself.
Developer introductions during the experience are hosted introductions and informational sessions. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, real estate broker, mortgage broker, finder, placement agent, or securities issuer, and we do not receive compensation from any developer, issuer, or third party in exchange for any investment, purchase, or transaction you may enter into following an introduction. If any such compensation arrangement is ever put in place, it will be separately disclosed to you in writing before it takes effect.
5. What's included and not included
Included: four nights at the Renaissance Panama City Hotel with breakfast, three nights at The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort with breakfast, scheduled hosted introductions with Panamanian land developers, the educational presentation about The Master's Classical Christian Academy, dinner at the Lazotea rooftop restaurant, the Causeway and Casco Viejo evening tour, the Panama Canal visit, the Albrook Mall afternoon, airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-hotel ground transfers, and personal hosting throughout the week.
Not included: international airfare, travel insurance, meals outside the scheduled itinerary, personal spending, optional on-property activities at Buenaventura (golf, spa, equestrian, marina), any additional tours or purchases beyond the organized itinerary, visa fees (none currently required for US passport holders on tourist stays up to 180 days), vaccinations, and any costs associated with any investment or property purchase you may separately consider.
6. Reservations, pricing, and payment
Reservations are confirmed upon full payment at the time of booking. Pricing displayed on the booking page is the full price for the reservation; no additional taxes or booking fees are added at checkout. Pricing is in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card or bank statement will show the descriptor "AMERICAS PLAN B · PANAMA TRIP." We do not store card or bank account information; Stripe handles payment data under its own policies.
7. Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the trip arrival date, you will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount. If you cancel 30 days or fewer prior to the arrival date, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
Non-refundable payment-processing fees apply in all cancellations and partial refunds. Card payments incur approximately 2.9% + $0.30; ACH payments incur approximately 0.8% capped at $5. These are the fees charged to us by our payment processor and are deducted from any refund amount.
If we cancel or materially reschedule the experience for reasons within our control, you will be offered either a full refund of the reservation amount (including the processing fee) or a transfer to a comparable future departure, at your choice. If a material change results from events outside our reasonable control (as described in Section 11), our refund policy continues to apply and we will work with you in good faith to find an equitable resolution.
8. Passport, visa, and entry requirements
You must hold a US passport valid through at least six months past the trip return date (currently June 15, 2027 for the December 2026 departure). US citizens do not currently require a visa for tourist stays in Panama up to 180 days. You are solely responsible for your own travel documents, vaccinations, and compliance with Panamanian and US entry and exit requirements. If you cannot enter Panama or return to the United States due to a passport, visa, documentation, health, or other personal issue, our cancellation and refund policy applies and we cannot refund outside the stated terms.
9. Flights
You arrange your own international flight to and from Panama City (Tocumen International, PTY), arriving on the trip start date and departing on the trip end date. We do not sell flights. We provide a Google Flights search link as a convenience. We do not receive referral fees.
10. Travel insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is not included in your reservation. We recommend coverage for trip cancellation, medical treatment, and emergency evacuation. We do not sell insurance and do not receive referral fees from any insurer.
11. Our role and limitations of liability
We organize, host, and sell the Discover Panama experience. The on-the-ground program in Panama is operated by our Panamanian partner tour operator, who is licensed in Panama. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties — including airlines, hotels, restaurants, drivers, developers, the Academy or its organizers, or any professional service provider introduced to you during the experience — beyond our reasonable care in selecting them.
We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) weather, natural events, political events, strikes, pandemics or public-health emergencies, airline schedule changes, border or entry restrictions, or similar force majeure events. In such events we will work with you to reschedule or offer credit; our cancellation and refund policy continues to apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to the experience, these Terms, or any related services shall not exceed the amount you paid for your reservation. We disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunity, lost investment returns, or diminution in value, whether arising in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. No investment, legal, tax, or professional advice
Nothing on this website, in any marketing material we produce, during any developer introduction, during the Academy presentation, during any conversation with your hosts, or in any other communication from us, constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, immigration, real estate, or any other professional advice. Any statements made about Panama, about any developer, about the Academy, about any property, about any market condition, or about any future outcome are informational only, are based on sources we believe to be reliable but do not independently verify, and should not be relied upon for any decision. Projections, forecasts, and forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain and are not guarantees of any future result.
If you are interested in any investment, property purchase, residency, tax position, immigration matter, or legal structure in Panama or the United States, you must retain independent licensed professionals in the relevant jurisdiction and conduct your own due diligence before entering into any transaction. We disclaim all responsibility for any transaction you may independently enter into, with any party, for any amount, at any time, following the experience.
13. No representations about future value
We make no representation, warranty, guarantee, or promise, express or implied, about the future value of any real estate, any investment, any business, any currency, or any other asset discussed, viewed, or introduced during the experience. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any decision you make following the experience is made at your own risk, with your own independent advice, and based on your own independent judgment.
14. Changes to the experience
Specific itinerary items, hotel assignments, meal choices, developer participants, presentation schedules, and partner-operator schedules are subject to reasonable adjustment. Any material change will be communicated to you before departure. Material changes we make (not changes you request) may entitle you to a full refund at our discretion, in accordance with Section 7.
15. Marketing and photography
We may take photographs and video during the experience for use in our marketing and promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify your host at the start of the experience and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preference.
16. Confidentiality of other guests and third parties
Information you learn during the experience about other guests, about developers, about the Academy, about pricing or terms discussed privately with you, or about any other third party, is shared with you in confidence. You agree not to publicly disclose or republish such information without the consent of the affected party. This Section does not prevent you from sharing public information or from making disclosures required by law.
17. Compliance with laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws of the United States, your state of residence, and Panama during the experience. You will not use the experience, or any introductions made during it, to further any unlawful purpose, including (but not limited to) money laundering, tax evasion, sanctions evasion, bribery, or securities fraud. You represent that you are not a person or entity subject to US economic sanctions or on any US government restricted-party list.
18. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the experience shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where you have statutory rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your state of residence. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial.
19. Entire agreement; severability; modification
These Terms, together with the Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Policy published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your reservation and participation in the Discover Panama experience. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time you made your reservation governs your reservation, except that updates required by law apply as of their effective date.
