What this experience is
Americas Plan B operates the Discover Panama experience in partnership with a licensed Panamanian tour operator. The experience combines travel services with scheduled hosted introductions to Panamanian land developers and an educational introduction to an investment opportunity in the development of The Master's Classical Christian Academy. Your payment purchases the experience only; it does not purchase any security, investment, equity, real estate interest, or financial return of any kind.

The introduction to The Master's Classical Christian Academy is an educational and informational presentation. Nothing on this website, in any marketing material, during any developer introduction, or during the Academy presentation, is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any investment in the Academy or in any developer's project would be a separate transaction with the issuer or developer, offered and sold (if at all) only pursuant to definitive offering documents, in compliance with applicable US federal and state securities laws and the laws of Panama, and only to persons who meet the issuer's eligibility criteria. No investment or purchase of any kind is required to participate in the experience.

We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, real estate broker, mortgage broker, finder, placement agent, or securities issuer.
Changes to the experience
Trip itinerary, specific hotel details, developer participants, presentation schedules, and partner-operator schedules are subject to reasonable adjustment. Any material change will be communicated before departure. Our Cancellation Policy applies to cancellation by the traveler.
Travel risk
International travel involves inherent risks. We strongly recommend travel insurance and current knowledge of US State Department advisories for Panama. Travelers are responsible for their own passports, visas (none required for US citizens on tourist visits to Panama up to 180 days), vaccinations, and personal safety decisions.
